If you like the more authentic Northeast skewers, this Durum Ocakbasi can definitely meet your wishes. In addition to the delicious skewers, I think their roasted scallops and roasted eggplant are quite good.

Our favourite. Deceptively comfortable inside. Never failing fabulous service. The food is consistently fantastic, well cooked, quality ingredients and healthy and their portions are always generous. We usually have the plain kebabs and we love them, their rice is very good too. Nice atmosphere

This is the second time I have met with family at Barista and I look forward to each future visit. The food is absolutely delicious, freshly made, generous portions and great value. The staff are very friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The kids love the food too and are also made to feel very welcome. I was truly torn about taking home all of their amazing, best i have ever tasted, Tiramisu or leaving it for other people to enjoy! This lovely little place nestled, almost hidden, in a busy street is a little gem, definitely worth a visit for a quick lunch, a family gathering or a special occasion.

It was our first time here and we enjoyed one of the best meals out we&#39;ve had in a good while. The marinated lamb kebab (Cop Sis) is fantastic. The numerous waiters on hand were all keen to please. We came early on a Saturday evening and by the time we left the place was heaving. Clearly a very popular place and deservedly so.

So this is fairly simple: great marinated grilled meat, with salads, rice and bread. It&#39;s excellent, fairly inexpensive and they have alcohol! Very recommended if you like meat

Why a favourite? - the salad is always really fresh and crisp, miles away from the limp lettuce leaf variety! The meat is beautifully prepared and cooked. I usually have a kebab but my husband often has a couple of starters instead of a main, and over the years we&#39;ve tried many things from the menu - can&#39;t think we&#39;ve EVER been disappointed. The service is really good and the restaurant is patronised by many other Turkish people, which in itself is a recommendation. After the main we are offered complimentary turkish delight and baclava which are delicious.
